More about Kirstin

As the founder and Senior Education Consultant of Kirstin Bourne, Kirstin works with education systems, schools and teachers to improve performance and outcomes. Her experience spans English, literacy, school improvement and sector-wide initiatives, including substantial whole-school disciplinary literacy programs.

She also provides tailored support for leaders, subject-area managers and teaching teams. Her role is to listen carefully to what each organisation wants to achieve, then work alongside its leaders and teachers to create practical, sustainable improvement.
